Living from the Heart and Soul

Living from the heart 1

There is really just one message that all spiritual paths, belief systems, and teachers eventually lead us to — and that is: live from your heart and soul.

It doesn’t matter who your teacher is, what background you come from, or which philosophy you follow — in the end, almost every path points in the same direction: toward the heart. Because the heart is the antenna of the soul.

And this is not just poetry or metaphor — there’s science behind it, too. Studies have shown that the heart holds memory, intuition, and intelligence. One of the most fascinating examples is the experience of heart transplant patients.

There was a woman, for instance, who had never shown much interest in music. But after receiving a donor heart, she not only developed a deep love for music, she also became remarkably talented at playing instruments. Later, she discovered that her donor had been a composer and musician.

Stories like this aren’t rare. When we understand that the heart carries the essence of the soul, it makes sense that memories, preferences, and even talents can be transferred — not just biologically, but energetically.

The Simplicity of the Heart

What I’ve learned in my years of studying mindfulness, shamanism, positive psychology, and consciousness is this:

The heart always knows.

While the brain tries to calculate, analyze, and offer a thousand possible paths — the heart is simple. It doesn’t overcomplicate. It just shows you the direction that is true for you. One direction. Clear.

When we live from the heart, life becomes simpler, more joyful, and more deeply aligned. It becomes epic — not because of external achievements, but because of the internal peace and knowing that comes with following your soul’s guidance.

This is the work I now feel called to share:

To help others reconnect with that deep, intuitive space inside them.

To live from the heart — not just talk about it.

To recognize what that feels like and to build a life around it.

My First Encounter with the Heart Space

The first time someone told me to “feel into my heart,” I was in my twenties. It was at a retreat, and a teacher encouraged us to listen to our heart, to speak with it.

At the time, I didn’t quite understand what she meant. It sounded abstract. How could I “listen” to something inside me?

But something stayed with me. I followed the thread, dove deeper, and began to understand. Not just for myself — but well enough to guide others through it.

And it’s always such a joy to witness the moment when someone makes that shift — when they reconnect with their heart, and suddenly their life becomes brighter, lighter, and more hopeful.

The Heart’s Intelligence

Modern science tells us that the heart has its own set of neurons — it holds memory, intelligence, and emotional wisdom.

So yes, while the brain is powerful, we should never underestimate the intelligence of the heart. When we are truly in alignment, the heart and the mind are no longer in conflict — they move as one.

Personally, every major decision in my life has come from this space.

Choosing my husband.
Choosing to become a mother.
Starting my retreats.
Creating trainings and workshops.
Moving to Mallorca.
These weren’t logical, rational choices. They were soul-led decisions. My heart always spoke clearly. Even when I didn’t fully realize it at the time — I was already listening.

And that’s the beauty of living from the heart. Even if you’re not always aware of it, your soul is always guiding you home.
